Terms and Conditions

Due to new security regulations, guests are not allowed to bring luggage on board any motor coach.

All online bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure.

Bookings made less than 24 hours prior to departure can only be honored if they are called in to our office.

Currently, we are not offering Hotel Pick-ups. We have two departure locations, and you can choose the one that is closest and most convenient for you.

Encore Café is next door. The bus will board from directly across the street.

* 2805 Leavenworth St. (Fisherman’s Wharf Area)

Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours is across the street (blue canopy). The Bus will board just in front.

* Please be at the departure location chosen 15′ prior to departure time to do the check-in.

Approximate tour durations begin at the time of check-in.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s & Discover Card.

24-hour notice required for full refund on any canceled tour.*

Prices subject to change without notice.

Tour prices do not include meals.

During the winter season (November – April) some tours may be cancelled due to insufficient bookings. Please call at least 24 hours before travel in order to confirm your tour.

Vehicle size is subject to the number of passengers on the tour.

Group Charter and foreign language rates are available. Please call to inquire.

Please be sure to take any items with you before exiting the vehicle. Gray Line of San Francisco is not responsible for any lost items left in our vehicles.

Helicopter Tour is operated by S.F. Helicopter Tours.

Gray Line of San Francisco assumes no responsibility for delays caused by breakdowns, traffic conditions, inclement weather, accidents, and other conditions beyond our control.
